By accessing or using the Treewares website (the "Site"), purchasing our services or digital products, or interacting with our business in any way, you ("Customer," "You," or "User") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully. If you do not agree with these Terms, do not use our Site or services.
1. About Treewares
Treewares Inc. is a United States corporation providing website design, trading tools, business proposals, SEO services, and other professional digital services. All services are provided as described in the individual service agreement or project scope.
2. Orders & Payments
All orders are processed securely through our authorized payment providers.
By placing an order, you authorize Treewares Inc. to charge your chosen payment method for the agreed amount.
Taxes may be applied as required by your country of residence.
Orders are non-cancelable once work has commenced unless otherwise stated in writing.
3. Delivery of Services
Delivery timelines will be specified in the project scope or agreement.
Treewares Inc. will make reasonable efforts to meet agreed timelines. However, we are not liable for delays caused by factors beyond our control (force majeure, client delays, third-party issues).
Services are considered delivered when the work is provided as per the scope.
4. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property created by Treewares Inc. remains our property until full payment is received.
Upon full payment, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the deliverables for your business purposes.
Reselling, sublicensing, or redistribution of our work is prohibited unless explicitly agreed in writing.
5. Refunds
Refunds are only provided where explicitly stated in the individual service terms or required by applicable law.
Once a project has started, partial refunds may be considered at Treewares Inc.'s sole discretion based on work completed to date.
No refunds will be given for completed and delivered work.
6. Warranties & Limitations
Treewares Inc. provides services "as is" and does not guarantee specific business outcomes or results.
We strive for high quality but do not warrant that services will be error-free or uninterrupted.
In no event shall Treewares Inc.'s liability exceed the amount paid by you for the services in question.
7. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or refuse service to any client in cases of abuse, non-payment, or breach of these Terms.
Upon termination, all outstanding fees become immediately due.
8. Changes to Terms
Treewares Inc. may update these Terms at any time. The updated version will be posted on our website.
Continued use of our services after updates constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflicts of law principles.
Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in relation to these Terms, including the validity, invalidity, breach, or termination thereof, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in the State of Delaware. You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of those courts for any such disputes.
