At Treewares, we aim to deliver high-quality services and ensure a positive experience for our clients. This Refund Policy outlines when you may be eligible for a refund.

1. Refund Eligibility

a. Late Delivery

  • If Treewares fails to deliver the agreed work by the deadline stated in the project agreement, and this delay is not caused by the client (for example, due to missing content, feedback delays, or requested changes), you may request a refund.

  • Refund requests in this case must be submitted in writing within 7 days of the missed deadline.

b. Completed Work

  • Once the agreed work has been delivered according to the project scope, refunds will not be provided if the client later changes their mind or requests a refund.

  • Delivery is defined as the point at which Treewares provides access to the completed service or product, as outlined in the project agreement.

2. Partial Refunds

  • In certain cases, if partial work was completed before cancellation, Treewares may offer a partial refund at its sole discretion, based on the portion of work not yet delivered.
